I was born in the day and age when person computers were around. I cannot feel the empytness of people who didn't have personal computers. I still use my imagination even though I have a personal computer.

Something that might exist 10 years from now might be a food menu and when you "ordered" something, it would instantly materialize in front of you. To pay, all that you would have to do would be to energize the type of payment to them. That technology might also apply for books, magazines, toys, etc.

Hello! I think in ten years we will have automatic retrieval of information. Computer software will be able to retrieve the most relevant and useful information for you to use rather than get unrelated, paid for information from "rich" companies. It would benefit the people who are not familiar with the internet and it would especially benefit me because I believe that I am just really niave and most of the time I believe everything. XP.

In ten years there might be a software that will enable the users to send virtual images that interact with each other.
I think that if the internet didn't exist in 10 years ipods would be able to connect to a service that would be able to access anything that you wanted and that could communtiate with with other people such as e-mail. Of course they (the ipods) would have to become more powerful and would need to be able to store more documents. Then as time would go on people would be able to invent more devices to connect to the internet-like service, maybe even televisions would connect and soon even more other electronic decvices would connect to a world wide service...who knows...maybe some day this accually will happen!!!!
In ten years something might be invented that will allow you to talk to the computer instead of typing. So you would be able to tell your computer the internet website you want to visit and read the computer your essay instead of typing it.
In ten tears there will probably be things like, Blu-ray disk drives/writable drives(blu-ray tech. is a new type of tech. that has just came out).
this class is wonderful. i like how we are allowed to surf websites. i don;t like how we aren't allowed to go on games websites. beside that its pretty fun and full of amazment.

i think in ten years pplz will b doing "willy wonka's" and b plucking things out of comercials on the net and trying them out before they go out and buy them.
I think that someday they'll have a type-free way to visit online. You won't have to move a mouse or type out anything. You'll be able to just think about a site and be able to visit it right away.
10 years from now we might have websites that can transport you to other demensions at the touch of a button. There you could be whoever you wanted to be and do whatever you wanted to do.

Modern technology has a a variety of different things to offer. In 10 years there will probably be holograms on the comptuer. Basically it would be something that is produced by a photosensitive medium.

In ten years, there could be a computer that could go on the internet and view your personal things with two claps and you would have to show your fingerprint to tell who that person is so it can open to that person's personal page.
in ten years i think that internet will have something that would let you talk to anyone you want to with your voice, text, and camera showing you talk to them. that way you can tell if your friend is joking or not. it would be like IM but also have a voice program with it.

I predict that in the next ten years holographic images will be sent over the internet using an enclosed viewing
globe and a sending method similar to e-mail. It would be an advanced form of the web cam.
We may have computer technology installed in are brains.That way we may be able to think as fast as a computer.We will be able to solve high level problems.this would be very helpful in life.
In ten years you will beable to think something and it will be typed/drawn/created riught in fromt of you, so you will never have to type again(this is good for all the slow typers :)

I think that voice controll will become used, if not widely. Also, all computers will be wired to a central internal mainframe in your house, and then will be connected to an ISP.
In ten years I think there will be holograms that are of you friends, so while something on each of the ends of the internet there will be a scanner that scans you while you talk to your friends that are being scanned.

In ten years, there might be hollograms that get all of their information from the internet. For example: You have a hollogram maid that learns how to make your bed by watching old T.V shows on the internet and other information from just searching the internet.
10 years from now, everything will be type-free. You'll be able to visit web pages type-free and mouse-free. You will just have to think about a web page, and it will appear on the computer screen right away
