1. What is the difference between "saving" a webpage and "titling" a webpage?
2. All home pages must be named what?
3. What is an example of a "good" filename? What is an example of a "bad" filename and why.

1) saving a webpage means it is saved into the computer, titling means you given it a title but it is not saved into the computer.
2)all homepages must be given a general title for what you are working on.
3) a good file name is when the name has something to do with what you are talking about. a bad file name is something that has nothing to do with what you are talking about. ex naming something animals when you are talking about a biography

The difeerence between titling and saving is that if you save something, it stays on your hard drive. If you title something, that is the name of the save article. A home page must be named HTML. A good file name has no spaces, and nothing such as a .,/():";' but numbers are okay.

I think that saving a web page is saving it to your folder and titling a web page is writing a title on it. That is what I think but I am not sure.

The difference between titling a page and saving a web page is this. The title is the real name, and the save name is used to help you find the right file. All home pages must be named index.htm. A good filename is a name that fits withe the file, and a bad one dosen't fit.

1.the difference is that titling is giving your web site a name and possibly giving people an idea about it. saving is like preserving your site.
2.your site name.htm
3.good filename-mariah.htm
bad filename-mariah#78%.htm
this is a bad filename because it has symbols and it is not simple.

1) when you title something, you say what you want it to say above the address bar
2)index
3)good:1stpage.htm
bad:1stpage.doc
if it doesn't say .htm it won't appear as a web page.
