- What is the difference between NAMING and TITLING?

1) index.htm
2) titling is where you do the title html tags, and whatever you put between those tags shows up on the very top bar of your website. Naming is when you name the file, such as webpage.html.

2. I believe naming is where you put up the website adress and titling is where put up title on the page.
